Harborside Condominium Daily Rate Schedule
The following rates are listed per room, per night. A minimum two night stay is required for two and three bedroom condos. Rates include the room only and 12% applicable tax (7% sales tax + 5% occupancy tax) which is subject to change. Different rates for date ranges are listed.

Returning Golf School Students
The Ben Sutton returning student discount is not applicable to the Little Harbor room rates listed above. The returning student discount would be applicable to the commuter golf school cost. To stay at Little Harbor you would attend the school as commuter student and book the Little Harbor lodging with us.
Little Harbor Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Rates are subject to change without notice. Rates are based upon single or double occupancy in studio and one bedroom condos, three or four person occupancy in two bedroom condos and five or six persons in three bedroom condos. Children ages 17 and under are free when sharing with an adult, additional adults are $10 per adult, per night. Cribs are $5 per night. Roll-away beds $10 per night. No meal plan included.
Check in time is after 3pm, check out time is before 11am. To guarantee your reservation a credit card is required at time of booking (Ben Sutton Golf School secures the reservation for you). Your reservation must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one night cancellation fee.
