The Golf Club at Cypress Creek is the new Florida location for Ben Sutton Golf Schools. All of your golf instruction, after school golf and meals take place at Cypress Creek. During the summer we built a new practice facility with a putting & chipping green and target green for short game instruction. There are also two lodging partners for our Florida golf school location.

Florida Golf School Practice Facility
The practice facility features a short game practice area consisting of a putting & chipping green, bunker, target green and tee box. You work on all aspects of the short game here. Everything 100 yards and in. You learn to score here, learning and practicing the golf shots that get you onto the green and get the ball in the hole.
The practice range and long game area enables you to build your skill with the longer clubs. The tree lined area of the range offers a fairway-like narrow target area with multiple targets at varying distances. Rather than a wide open range our practice range is more like a golf course fairway. It challenges you to hit the ball straighter.

The school building is nested next to the short game area where our offices and video studios are located. Very convenient for instruction as you go from practice to video review in just a few short steps.

Cypress Creek features a championship 18-hole course tucked away in a natural wetlands preserve. Opened in 1989 and renovated in 2007, the 6,800+ yard course is in outstanding condition. The fairways are tight, there's plenty of water, plenty of bunkers and a lot of tilt and undulation to the greens. For on-course instruction it is awesome. You will learn to plan and execute shots. You are challenged to improve your game.

Restaurant and Clubhouse at Cypress Creek
The restaurant is the busiest in town. The food is great and the dining room elegant. Lunches and dinners are a pleasure here. There's also a lounge for relaxing with a cocktail after the school day or a round and an outdoor patio overlooking the 18th green.

We have partnerships with two lodging providers at the Florida golf school location. The first option is resort style accommodations at the Resort and Club at Little Harbor, a beautiful resort located on the Gulf Coast in Ruskin, FL. At Little Harbor you have multiple room options ranging from a studio suite to a 3 bedroom condo, making Little Harbor a good choice for individuals and groups. And as a partner with the golf school, you get significant discounts on rooms at Little Harbor.
If you choose to stay here you attend as a commuter and are on your own for transportation, but if resort accommodations is what you're looking for, Little Harbor is the place for you.

Comfort Inn Room
A second lodging option for our customers is the Comfort Inn, located less than a mile from the practice facility at Cypress Creek. The rooms were renovated and updated with new beds, linens and pillows in 2009. It is a comfortable and convenient location to stay at while attending school.
