In 1968, Ben Sutton had the vision to gather together the highest quality golf teaching professionals and provide them with the finest equipment, facility and environment in which to help any golfer, regardless of age or ability, to reach his or her full potential.

Ben had a keen perception of the challenges involved in trying to improve one's game. After years of golf lessons at local driving ranges, hitting off grass, bare ground and mats, Ben realized there had to be a better way to learn and lower one's handicap.

He searched for the ideal environment in which to improve his golf game. Unable to find it, he built it-a 50-acre Teaching Facility dedicated solely to golf instruction. In fact, Ben Sutton is the only golf school in the world where "instruction is the focus of the entire facility"- not on the fringe of it. While many golf schools have come and gone, Ben's vision and concept are still helping thousands of individuals play better golf.

Technology is changing the game of golf at Ben Sutton Golf School. In 2002, we commissioned one of America's foremost golf architects to redesign Ben's original 50-acre Teaching Facility. The facility includes a practice course, short game center, mid and long game areas, 12,000 square foot putting/chipping area, and a video studio for analyzing your golf swing. Also, in 2002, we were selected by Callaway Golf to be one of their worldwide authorized custom club fitting centers.

April 30, 2006 saw the opening of Ben Sutton Golf School's newest facility at the Christman's Windham Resort in Windham, New York. In order to bring the same quality of instruction to golfers of the Midwest and Northeast, the New York facility replicates the real conditions and situations concept of our Florida facility. We've exceeded our expectations, and hopefully yours.
